Janice leads the L&D-related strategies for 1,300 employees across 250 conventional and affordable apartment communities in the US. She has more than 16 years of combined experience in hospitality and multifamily real estate and is passionate about enhancing the employee and customer experience, fostering a positive workplace culture, and achieving operational excellence.
Janice is also an active faculty member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), where she facilitates online and in-person courses on various topics related to property management, such as leasing/sales, marketing, maintenance, customer service, leadership, risk management, and legal.
Janice is married to Peter Dizuzio, a NASA engineer, and together have two children. She enjoys cooking, savoring a good glass of wine, and catching shows like Game of Thrones/House of Dragons in her spare time. When she's not by the pool, reading a crime novel, or traveling the world as a family, she dedicates her time to her professional career.
